"My daughter (the passenger) missed her train meaning she was late arriving at the station where she was to be picked up. The driver did not contact her and when we tried to reschedule the pick-up, TaxiCode refused to follow the protocol with the result that the local mini-cab firm refused to reschedule the booking. Instead, we had to make a new booking direct with the mini-cab firm at an additional cost. On the basis of this experience, we will not be using TaxiCode again."
