"When booking my ride to Heathrow, I was prompted to upgrade to executive level with a Merceded E class, which I did for an additional cost. Our driver arrived promptly, was courteous, and got us to the airport in a timely fashion. So the driver gets high marks. Having said that, he was driving a Prius so I likely should have been charged one of the lower rates for the ride. I gave the driver a tip, as he was great and I had no complaints there."
