The only real downside was the lack of information (e.g driver will be with you in x minutes) and this was a concern when used in conjunction with some of the reviews where the booking was cancelled at the last minute. Mine WAS on time but for peace of mind it would have been nice to have more reassurance. Also it was very expensive."
